It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin. The Department has grown tremendously since inception in 1991. The department houses the B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Anatomy across several subspecialisation of Anatomy; Experimental and Clinical. It is also one of the core Basic Medical Sciences in the Pre-Clinical wing of the MB;BS Programme while again servicing several other Departments and Faculties in addition to offering Embalming services to the University community.
