About Us

History

The Department of Anatomy is one of the foundation academic departments in the then Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. The department, from its inception provided anatomical knowledge to undergraduate medical students but currently to undergraduate (B.Sc.) students of Anatomy, Physiology, Medicine and Surgery, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Optometry and Vision Science and Biomedical Engineering.
